Does what it says on the tin really!  A fun work is a happy work, and a happy work is a productive work. Simple. Teamwork is boosted by a lift in morale and motivation. Sometimes, it is simply just a change in the monotonous schedule of work, a minor disruption that relieves stress and increases production. The business opportunities of this day are vast- something as simple as playing a short game sometime during the day can bring laughter and jokes to the workplace even if it is by doing something silly. The social media opportunities are endless too- sharing the days’ activities so that consumers can share in the enjoyment is easy to do and effective in terms of marketing.
