Monthly events and long term key messages for several shopping centre clients were promoted across various social media channels – Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Instagram – to coincide with the wider marketing mix. Activity included brand consistent multimedia publishing, event creation, geographic and demographic advert promotion, audience research and targeting, data capture application development and on-site real-time photo publishing and retailer/customer engagement.
We’ve been able to build a long-term relationship with the agency, now in its fourth year. Concentrated creativity and integrated campaigns have enabled social media profiles to increase visibility for the shopping centres and drive more traffic back to the website. Targeted demographics allow retailer specific offers to reach the right people and seasonal events attract 1000s in footfall.
