In a bid to describe the benefits of a call handling service to local SME businesses, Call Handling Solutions wanted to raise awareness and increase enquiries by using a modern online marketing tool – an eBook.
A project brief and a style example were provided as guidance. We researched the marketplace for unbiased opinion and were able to write from firsthand experience. As a customer of a call handling service we were already aware of the significant benefits. A timeline was agreed and an initial sample page provided to ensure accurate tone and personality. Call Handling Solutions are a friendly team with high-level experience in the public sector, providing emergency services call handling support. The eBook needed to balance the right level of professionalism whilst establishing an easy to talk to, reliable personality.
A 27-page creative copy eBook, fully proofread, was written with minimal amendments over a two-three week turnaround. The copy style was informative, thought provoking and played on a quirky yet slightly dark theme, by implying your telephone answer machine could actually be holding you and your business to ransom!
